Estimated total: $22,089.00 That is what I've found as a cost to adopt a child from the Ukraine. I did not do a lot of research, but that seems crazy since they have over 100,000 children living in orpahanages. I will be finding out more about this process in the next month with a trip to the Ukraine in order to film a DVD.
